▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Processing sludge comprises (a) mixing citric acid, urea and boric acid, heating and reacting at constant temperature, cooling obtained reaction mixture to room temperature, dissolving in water, separating and purifying to obtain boron-nitrogen-co-doped graphene nano-particle; (b) dissolving the boron-nitrogen co-doped graphene nanoparticles in water to form boron-nitrogen co-doped graphene nanoparticle solution, adding dropwise to surface of the anode substrate, drying, dropping biological enzyme solution, drying at low temperature, dropping dispersion liquid and drying substrate at low temperature to obtain biological anode loaded with boron-nitrogen co-doped graphene nanoparticles; (c) supporting biological anode loaded with boron-nitrogen co-doped graphene nanoparticles with proton exchange membrane and cathode to form battery containing anode chamber and cathode chamber; and (d) placing sludge into anode chamber of battery for degradation treatment. USE - The method is useful for processing sludge used in preparing environmentally friendly brick. ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively realize the waste recycling, which can bring good economic benefit, uses biological enzyme and boron-nitrogen co-doped graphene nano-particles as carrier of the accelerated biological enzyme direct electrochemical reaction, has excellent biocompatibility and large specific surface area, and very high electronic transmission performance and chemical stability.
