NOVELTY - Disinfectant comprises Chinese herbal medicine, graphene oxide, sodium hypochlorite, surfactant, water-soluble chitosan, biguanides, buffering agent and water. USE - The disinfectant is useful in pig and chicken breeding farms (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The disinfectant: improves the sterilization effect and prolonged sterilization time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the disinfectant comprising (i) adding water to the blender, adding graphene oxide, surfactant and buffer, turning on the ultrasound to completely dispersing, (ii) adding Chinese herbal medicine extract to the material dispersed in resultant step, and continuously stirring at high speed to completely dissolving the material, (iii) adding sodium hypochlorite and biguanide disinfectant slowly to the system and keep dissolving while stirring, and (iv) slowly adding the water-soluble chitosan to the agitated materials and keep stirring at a low speed to completely dissolving, stop stirring, and then allowing to stand to disappearing the foam to obtain compound disinfectant, preferably, the power of ultrasound in step (i) is 100W and the frequency is 50KHz, the time of ultrasound treatment is 2-4 hours, the speed of high-speed stirring in step (ii) is 5000-6000rotations/minute (rpm), the rotation speed of stirring in step (iii) is 200-300rpm and the rotation speed of stirring in step (iv) is 30-40 rpm.
