▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Methods for creating thin electrically conductive structures from reduced graphene oxide, used in the manufacture of a wide range of electronic components. The invention relates to a method for forming electrically conductive layers and structures of various configurations. The method includes obtaining a suspension of graphene oxide by electrochemical delamination of graphite in an aqueous electrolyte solution, applying, drying and reducing thin layers and structures to graphene on a substrate. The ammonium sulfate with a concentration of 0.15 M is used as an electrolyte, graphite grade ESA-16 is used as an electrode, while applying layers to the substrate is performed by spraying a suspension in the form of microscopic drops, and the reduction of flakes of weakly oxidized graphene is carried out by irradiation with laser radiation with a wavelength of 474 nm and a power of 750-810 mW. USE - Electronics; nanotechnology; 2D printing. ADVANTAGE - Obtaining electrically conductive thin films and structures based on reduced graphene oxide with low electrical resistivity, any complex configuration and a given thickness. 1 cl, 4 dwg
