▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Making positive electrode, comprises (a) applying a slurry on a current collector, where the slurry comprises multiple positive electroactive material particles, multiple graphene nanoplates, polymeric binder and solvent, the slurry having a solids content of greater than or equal to 65 wt.% and a kinematic having a viscosity of 6-30 Pas at a shear rate of about 20/s; and (b) drying the slurry to substantially remove the solvent and applying pressure to form a layer of electroactive material having a thickness of 150 mu m and a porosity of 15-50 vol.%, where the layer of electroactive material is substantially free of macrocracks. The polymeric binder includes polyvinylidene difluoride, lithium polyacrylate, sodium polyacrylate, polyacrylic acid, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyethylene and/or polyamide. USE - The positive electrode is useful in electrochemical cell for cycling lithium (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method offers lower surface area than other conventional conductive particles.
