NOVELTY - A tab adhesive film comprises a metallocene modified cast polypropylene layer (CPP), a high-temperature resistant network fibers non-woven fabric layer, a high-temperature resistant polypropylene layer, a high-temperature resistant network fiber nonwoven fabric, and a metallocene modified CPP layer sequentially stacked from outside to inside. USE - Tab adhesive film used for lithium battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film avoids short circuits under over-melting conditions, and ensures battery safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the adhesive film, which involves placing high-temperature resistant network fiber non-woven fabric layer on a coating machine, coating a layer of modified polypropylene pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the upper surface and the lower surface, simultaneously casting extruded metallocene modified CPP layer on the other surface, obtaining semi-finished product, adding color masterbatch in the high-temperature resistant polypropylene particles, placing between two layers of semi-finished product, and hot pressing composite.
