NOVELTY - The device has left and right side plates (1) whose tops are rotatably connected with a transmission shaft through the bearing seat. A motor is fixed on the outside of the left and right side plate. The output end of the motor is fixedly connected with the transmission shaft. The driving wheels are fixedly installed on both sides of the transmission shaft. A pair of driven shafts are installed on the inner side of the left and right side plates through the bearing seat. A pair of driven shafts are respectively located at both ends of the inclined surface of the left and right side plate. A driven wheel is fixedly installed on the driven shaft. A transmission connection is maintained between the driving wheel and the driven wheel through a chain. The chains on the left and right sides are connected by several connecting rods distributed at equal distances. A filter screen is fixedly installed on the connecting rod.
