NOVELTY - Road marking paint comprises curing agent, modified water-based acrylic resin, chlorosulfonated polyethylene modified fluorinated graphene, pigment, defoamer, and distilled water. USE - Road marking paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has good dispersion property, high degree of crosslinking points, excellent weatherability, abrasion resistance and adhesion performance, long service-life, and low cost. It is not made simply by mechanical blending but chemically bonded together. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of road marking paint comprising taking 25-40 g purified methyl methacrylate, 15-30 g refined acrylic acid and 1-3 g refined benzoyl peroxide as initiator, mixing, feeding into condenser, pressure-equalizing, preparing three-necked flask with thermometer, mixing 60-80 mL n-butanol and 5-10 g epoxy resin, dissolving by heating and stirring at 110- degrees C, dropping resulting mixture into three-necked flask for 2-3 hours, insulating at 112 degrees C for 3 hours, cooling to 70 degrees C, distilling under reduced pressure to remove solvent and unreacted monomer, diluting with 20-50 mL distilled water, adjusting pH to 7-8 using triethylamine, stirring for 0.5-1 hour, and discharging to obtain light yellow transparent liquid or modified water-based acrylic resin; taking 3-5 g fluorinated graphene and 1-3 g chlorosulfonated polyethylene of low molecular weight, mixing in 60-80 mL chloroform under ultrasonic waves for 0.5-1 hour, heating at 65 degrees C for 2-4 hours, filtering, drying, mixing resulting product into chloroform, reacting for 72 hours, drying at 50-60 degrees C, and grinding to obtain chlorosulfonated polyethylene modified fluorinated graphene; homogenizing all resulting products and raw materials excluding curing agent to obtain mother liquor; dispersing curing agent in 10-50 pts. wt. distilled water to obtain homogeneous and stable mixture; and mixing curing agent and mother liquor at 3-4:1 mass ratio to obtain road marking paint.
