USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides high content of nitrogen, controllable nitrogen content, low production cost, simple device needed by the reaction, high yield, and easy in industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene material involves adding graphite oxide into solvent, adding into surfactant, mixing, and mixing uniformly via an ultrasonic method or a heating stirring process for preparing mixture A. The solvent is water, methanol, ethanol glycol, or N,N-dimethylformamide. The mass ratio of graphite oxide to the solvent is 1: 100-200. The mass ratio of the surfactant to the graphite oxide is 0.01-50:1. Nitrogen-containing compound is added into the mixture A. The mass ratio of the nitrogen-containing compound to the graphite oxide is 10-500:1. Mixing is carried out via an ultrasonic method or a heating stirring process for preparing mixture B. The mixture B is treated via hydrothermal reaction at 100-190 degrees C for 4-48 hours. Washing is carried out via distilled water, ethanol, or acetone. Drying is performed at 60-110 degrees C or vacuum drying is done for 6-8 hours at 60-80 degrees C for preparing the nitrogen-doped graphene material.
