NOVELTY - The method involves installing a heating wire unit (40) around a hollow cylindrical core (21). A heating layer (60) made of polyurethane resin mortar is installed on an outer side of the core with a predetermined thickness. A heating wire is spirally wound for generating resistance heat when electricity is supplied around the core. The core is provided with a hot wire support unit for supporting the hot wire unit on the outer periphery. An auxiliary heating wire unit is installed between the core and the heating wire unit. The auxiliary heating wire unit is installed to form a cylindrical shape by winding a heating wire that generates resistance heat when electricity is supplied spirally around the core. USE - Heating roll for a drying furnace (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heating roll has excellent elasticity, deformation recovery and abrasion resistance, and reduces the amount of electrical energy used.
