▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing reduced graphene self-assembled composite membrane, comprises (a) adding an insertion into oxidized graphene solution to produce reduced graphene intermediate mixed solution, (b) applying the mixed solution on a substrate heated at predetermined temperature, (c) blocking air flow of the substrate to generate reduced graphene, forming a reduced graphene self-assembled composite membrane in which an insert is inserted between the reduced graphene layers and embedded, and (d) drying moisture of the reduced graphene self-assembled composite membrane. USE - The membrane is useful in vacuum degree measurement sensor for vacuum gage (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The membrane detects resistance value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) vacuum degree measurement sensor comprising the reduced graphene self-assembled composite membrane, water-soluble polymer embedded between self-assembled reduced graphene layers, cyclic molecule and inorganic nanoparticles having size of less than or equal to 10 nm; and (2) vacuum gage comprising the vacuum degree measurement sensor and a heating unit connected on one surface of the vacuum degree measurement sensor.
