NOVELTY - A graphene oxide rubber composite modified asphalt comprises 0.05-0.1 wt.% graphene oxide concentrated solution, 10-30 wt.% rubber powder, 1.5-3.5 wt.% styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene modifying agent, 1-2 wt.% poly(styrene-butadiene-styrene) modifier, 2-5 wt.% asphalt additive, 0.1-0.25 wt.% modified asphalt stabilizer, and remaining petroleum asphalt. USE - Graphene oxide rubber composite modified asphalt for large temperature difference climate condition. ADVANTAGE - The composite modified asphalt retains the microstructure of graphene oxide, and has excellent uniform dispersion effect. The overall cost of graphene oxide rubber composite modified asphalt is reduced. The storage stability, aging resistance and fatigue performance of the asphalt are significantly improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of graphene oxide rubber composite modified asphalt, which involves (1) heating petroleum asphalt until the temperature reaches 180degreesC, adding asphalt additive, styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene modifying agent and poly(styrene-butadiene-styrene) modifier, cutting and grinding using a colloid mill, transferring into a developing tank to stir and develop, where the growth tank temperature is not less than 180degrees Celsius, and (2) pre-coating the graphene oxide concentrated solution and rubber powder, slowly adding to petroleum asphalt at 180degreesC at a certain rate, using colloid mill to mix and grow with asphalt in the development tank of step (1), where the temperature of the development tank during the mixing and stirring development process is not less than 180degrees Celsius, mixing and developing for certain time after adding modified asphalt stabilizer, and continuously developing for a certain time to obtain a final product.
