NOVELTY - The device has a triangulation provided with a left electrode, a right electrode and a middle area. Two ends of the left and right electrodes are provided with a triangular alkene electrode. The middle area is provided with a head-to-head triangle alkene. A photoelectric nano device takes the middle area as an axis. An orientation of the triangulation is symmetrical structure. USE - Photo-induced pure spin flow Sawtooth graphene device. ADVANTAGE - The device is energy saving, and has low power consumption, and can generate pure spin flow near zero charge flow in it by using illumination, under the condition of no need to add bias voltage.
