NOVELTY - A preparation method of highly dispersed micro-graphene oxide, involves: adding graphene powder and peracetic acid disinfectant into a high-pressure stirring reactor; turning on mechanical stirring and heating to 120-180° C for 8-48 hours; and cooling the reaction kettle to normal temperature, filtering the solid-liquid mixture, and drying the obtained solid. USE - Preparation method of highly dispersed micro-graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively improve the dispersibility of the micro-graphene oxide in the liquid phase, and provide a feasible strategy for the preparation and utilization of the graphene slurry. The method does not introduce strong acid and strong alkali and impurity anions and cations, and only produces water, acetic acid and oxygen. The process is simple, green, less pollution, low operational risk, less equipment investment, and simple post-processing. The method only oxidizes the edges of the graphene, has few lattice defects, and maintains the high electrical conductivity, high electron mobility, high thermal conductivity, excellent mechanical properties and the like of the graphene.
