USE - The method is useful for preparing chitosan-graphene hollow microcapsules (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, produces high yield product; and the product has microsphere size distribution and high quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing chitosan-graphene hollow microcapsules comprises (i) taking 20 ml deionized water, 7 ml absolute ethanol, 2 ml aqueous ammonia and 2 ml ethyl orthosilicate, then adding into a three-necked flask, mixing, adding 25 ml orthosilicate, reacting at 30 degrees C for 6 hours, filtering, washing and drying to obtain silicon dioxide microspheres, (ii) adding 46 ml concentrated sulfuric acid in the flask, placing on ice bath for 3 minutes, then adding 2 g sodium nitrate and 1 g graphite powder, stirring for 30 minutes, then adding 6 g potassium permanganate, heating at 35 degrees C for 30 minutes and stirring for 1 hour, dropwise adding 92 ml deionized water, stirring for 15 minutes, maintaining temperature at 100 degrees C, then adding 150 ml deionized water and 5 ml hydrogen peroxide having concentration of 30 wt.%, centrifuging, washing with 1 mol/l hydrochloric acid solution, then washing the centrifugate with deionized water, adjusting pH of supernatant to 7, and then freeze-drying the centrifuged precipitate to obtain graphene oxide, (iii) dispersing 0.4 g silicon dioxide microspheres in 20 ml water to form dispersion, then adding silicon dioxide dispersion into 50 ml chitosan solution under stirring, stirring the mixture for 4 hours, washing three times with deionized water, then dropwise adding into 50 ml of 2 mg/ml solution of graphene oxide, stirring for 4 hours, and then washing with deionized water for 3 times to obtain chitosan-graphene microspheres, (iv) adding the product obtained in step (iii) into 20 ml a 5 mg/ml genipin aqueous solution, reacting at 37 degrees C for 12 hours, centrifugal washing for 5 times, and then drying to obtain final product, and (v) adding 0.2 g cross-linked chitosan-graphene microspheres into 50 ml of 1% concentration of hydrogen fluoride solution, allowing to stand for 12 hours, centrifugal washing for 4 times to obtain final product.
