USE - Graphene abrasion resistant coating used for power grid outdoor device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene abrasion resistant coating comprises 25-55 pts. wt. graphene, 25-55 pts. wt. polyimide, 25-55 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 25-55 pts. wt. hexafluoro butyl methacrylate-acrylic copolymer emulsion, 25-55 pts. wt. silicone-modified fluorocarbon resin, 25-55 pts. wt. eucalyptus oil, 1-16 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 1-16 pts. wt. 2,4,6-tris (dimethylaminomethyl) phenol, 1-16 pts. wt. dibutyl tin laurate, 1-16 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 1-16 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, 1-16 pts. wt. gaseous aluminum oxide, 1-16 pts. wt. aluminum silicate fiber, 1-16 pts. wt. triisopropylbenzene phosphate ester, 1-16 pts. wt. ammonium carbonate, 1-16 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 1-16 pts. wt. toughener, 1-16 pts. wt. coagulant, 1-16 pts. wt. diluent, 1-16 pts. wt. iron powder and 1-16 pts. wt. silica sol. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene abrasion resistant coating comprising taking graphene, polyimide, aluminum nitride, hexafluoro butyl methacrylate-acrylic copolymer emulsion and silicone-modified fluorocarbon resin, grinding for 3 minutes, adding eucalyptus oil, stirring for 25 minutes, adding acrylic acid at 45 degrees C, mixing, adding remaining raw materials, and stirring for 40 minutes.
