NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene-based sound-absorbing filler involves grafting the modified substance with unsaturated bond onto the surface of graphite oxide, and adding an initiator to promote the polymerization reaction between the unsaturated bonds to obtain the product. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene-based sound-absorbing filler. ADVANTAGE - The method initiates the polymerization to make a considerable portion of the unsaturated bonds on the same graphite oxide react and bond together, increases the small pore structure in the sound-absorbing material, and is more helpful for sound absorption and noise reduction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene-based sound-absorbing filler involves either grafting the modified substance with unsaturated bond onto the surface of graphite oxide, and adding an initiator to promote the polymerization reaction between the unsaturated bonds to obtain the product; or dispersing graphite oxide in deionized water, and ultrasonically dispersion, adding modified substances with unsaturated bonds, after the dropwise addition is completed, increasing the temperature for time, and washing the filter cake with suction to obtain graphite oxide grafted with a modified substance with unsaturated bonds, dispersing the graphite oxide grafted with the modified substance with unsaturated bonds in the solvent and adding the initiator, after heating the polymerization reaction, suction filtering, carrying-out washing and drying to the product.
