NOVELTY - Modified graphene material comprises graphene and halo-containing silane structural units present on at least part of the surface of the graphene. USE - The modified graphene material is useful in thermally conductive composite gasket (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene material: reduces the oil absorption value of graphene, increases the filling ratio of graphene material in the matrix material, and improves the thermal conductivity of the thermally conductive composite gasket performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. preparing modified graphene material, comprising performing a hydrolysis reaction on the mixture containing graphene material and halogen-containing silane to obtain hydrolyzate and drying the hydrolyzate to obtain modified graphene material; and 2. thermally conductive composite gasket comprising the modified graphene material.
