NOVELTY - Preparation of nano-cuprous oxide-doped copper oxide/bianstone material involves dissolving bianstone powder and soluble copper salt in deionized water for 30-60 minutes to obtain first suspension, adding strong base to first suspension, stirring to obtain second suspension, adding weak reducing agent to second suspension, stirring for 30-60 minutes, centrifuging, washing with deionized water and ethanol to obtain third product, dispersing third product in 10-20 wt.% hydrogen peroxide, stirring for 6-10 hours, centrifuging and drying at 60-80degrees Celsius for 0.5-2 hours to obtain nano-cuprous oxide-doped copper oxide/bianstone, dissolving 30-35 pts. wt. nano-cuprous oxide-doped copper oxide/bianstone and 25-35 pts. wt. chitosan in 45-55 pts. wt. polar solution, stirring at room temperature for 30-60 minutes, mixing to obtain uniform spinning solution, and spinning the spinning solution with electrostatic spinning device. USE - Preparation of nano-cuprous oxide-doped copper oxide/bianstone material used for manufacturing textiles e.g. towel (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The simple and easy method provides nano-cuprous oxide-doped copper oxide/bianstone material having antibacterial rate of more than 98%, and sterilizing rate of more than 96%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nano-cuprous oxide-doped copper oxide/bianstone material involves dissolving bianstone powder and soluble copper salt in deionized water with mass ratio of 3-5:1 for 30-60 minutes to obtain first suspension, adding 4-6 mol/L strong base to first suspension, magnetically stirring until it is uniform for 10-30 minutes to obtain second suspension, adding weak reducing agent to second suspension, where the molar ratio of weak reducing agent to soluble copper salt is 1:1.5-2.5, magnetically stirring for 30-60 minutes, centrifuging, washing with deionized water and ethanol multiple times to obtain third product, dispersing third product in 100 mL of 10-20 wt.% hydrogen peroxide, magnetically stirring for 6-10 hours, centrifuging and drying at 60-80degrees Celsius for 0.5-2 hours to obtain nano-cuprous oxide-doped copper oxide/bianstone, dissolving 30-35 pts. wt. nano-cuprous oxide-doped copper oxide/bianstone and 25-35 pts. wt. chitosan in 45-55 pts. wt. polar solution, magnetically stirring at room temperature for 30-60 minutes, mixing to obtain uniform spinning solution, where the concentration of the spinning solution is 2-60 wt.%, and spinning the spinning solution with an electrostatic spinning device.
