▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano composite material comprises silica, graphene oxide attached to silica and oxidized graphene and surface modifying agent. The surface modifying agent is capable of silica and/or oxidized graphene graft modification. The mass ratio of silica, oxidized graphene and surface modifying agent is 1:0.03-0.10:0.02-0.15. USE - The material is useful in vulcanized rubber for preparing tyres (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has good dispersibility and compatibility. The rubber has good stretching property, wear resistance and dynamic mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for (1) preparing the nano composite material comprising (i) taking silica and oxidized graphene, mixing in water to obtain mixture, subjecting to spray drying to obtain solid, and (ii) taking solid obtained in the step (i), adding surface modifying agent, mixing and subjecting to drying; and (2) vulcanized rubber comprising mixing nano composite material, raw rubber, vulcanizing agent and accelerating agent and kneading to obtain vulcanized rubber.
