NOVELTY - Graphene natural rubber polymer ice-skid-proof mixed foaming material comprises 50-60 pts. wt. natural rubber, 32-37 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 8-12 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 4-6 pts. wt. white carbon black, 2.4-2.8 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 2-3 pts. wt. nano silica, 2.2-2.6 pts. wt. graphene, 1.4-1.7 pts. wt. silicone oil, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1.5-2 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 1.8-2.4 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1.6-1.9 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 4.5-5.5 pts. wt. flow auxiliary agent and 1.5-2 pts. wt. foaming agent. The graphene is a multilayer graphene microchip. The cross-linking agent is a mixture of sulfur, dicumyl peroxide and zinc dimethacrylate. USE - Used as graphene natural rubber polymer ice-skid-proof mixed foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The foaming material: has high anti-slip coefficient, good low-temperature resistance, high tensile strength, good mechanical property, low abrasion, good wear resistance and long life span. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the foam material, comprising (i) feeding the natural rubber into the internal mixer, and performing vulcanization for 12-14 minutes at a temperature of 144-148 degrees C, and storing the natural rubber at room temperature for more than 48 hours, (ii) mixing natural rubber and butyl rubber, butadiene rubber, white carbon black, basalt fiber, nano-silica, graphene, silicone oil, zinc oxide, zinc stearate, stearic acid and flow auxiliary agent into the mixer together, and mixing for 11-14 minutes at a temperature of 88-92 degrees C, and again for 8-13 minutes at a temperature of 105-110 degrees C, adding a cross-linking agent and a foaming agent, and mixing the mixture for 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 122-124 degrees C, and discharging the mixture to obtain a mixed rubber mixture, and (iii) feeding the mixer mixture obtained in the step (ii) into an open mill, thinning 2-4 times on the open mill and tablets are obtained to obtain the open mill mixture, feeding the open rubber mixture into a mold to be hot-pressed and foamed, and cooling, cutting the sample to obtain final product.
