NOVELTY - Preparing graphene powder involves preparing 2-5% neutral water solution and heating the prepared materials at 60-65 degrees c and then putting solution in a plasma polishing machine, which contains stainless steel as cathode and graphite as anode, and upper part of plasma polishing machine is filled with clean and dry graphite. The obtained neutral water solution is transferred into plasma generating container, upper hanger of graphite is slowly dipped into solution to obtain graphene solution, which is obtained by action of plasma on graphite surface after switch on power. USE - Method for preparing graphene powder. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene powder in a safe, quick and eco-friendly manner. The graphene solution is centrifuged at 3500-4500 revolutions per minute for 4-6 minute. The obtained solution is separated to obtain black powder, where water is added into separated graphene to obtain graphene suspension in mass ratio of 100:1-5. The graphene suspension is processed ultrasonically at 140-160 watt for 110-130 minutes. The obtained material is filtered and washed with deionised water thrice. The obtained powder is heated in oven at 50-70 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain grapheme powder.
