▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves preparing reduced graphene oxide/copper by obtaining porous flaky cuprous oxide using a solution combustion method. The porous sheet-like cuprous oxide is ultrasonically dispersed in water to obtain a cuprous oxide suspension with concentration of 0.08-0.12 g/mL. The graphene oxide is ultrasonically dispersed in water to obtain a graphene oxide colloidal suspension having concentration of 0.8-1.2 mg/mL. The cuprous oxide suspension and graphene oxide colloidal suspension are mixed, sonicated for 20-45 minutes, filtered, washed and vacuum dried to obtain powdery graphene oxide/copper composite material. The cuprous oxide suspension and graphene oxide colloidal suspension are mixed in the volume ratio of 1:0.1-10. The graphene oxide/copper composite material obtained is placed under a hydrogen atmosphere and reduced to obtain powdery reduced graphene oxide/copper composite material. USE - Preparing reduced graphene oxide/copper. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare reduced graphene oxide/copper, which has high sintering activity, enhances the relative density of the sintering, allows refining of the grains and dislocation resistance mechanism.
