NOVELTY - Aqueous concrete protective coating composition comprises functional graphene slurry, aqueous organic resin material, film-forming auxiliary agent and water. The functional graphene slurry obtained by thiazole-grafted graphene oxide, carboxylated aniline trimer, sodium hydroxide and deionized water in ratio of 0.8-1.2:0.8-1.2:0.08-0.12:95-105. The thiazole-grafted graphene oxide comprises 2-amino thiazole, dicyclohexyl carbodiimide, 1-hydroxy-benzotriazole and dimethylformamide (DMF). The carboxylated aniline trimer is prepared by reacting aniline tripolymer, succinic anhydride and tetrahydrofuran. USE - Aqueous concrete protective coating composition. ADVANTAGE - The functional graphene slurry in the aqueous concrete protective coating composition has excellent water dispersibility, has excellent barrier function, capable of filling the microscopic defect in the aqueous resin, enhances the mechanical performance of the coating after film forming more effectively plugging the defect in the concrete. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of aqueous concrete protective coating composition, involves (1) mixing the graphene, 2-amino thiazole, dicyclohexyl carbodiimide, 1-hydroxyl benzotriazole and DMF, ultrasonically dispersing for 1 hour, then stirring and reacting for 24 hours at room temperature, centrifuging and washing to obtain the thiazole graft oxidation graphene, (2) mixing the aniline trimer, succinic anhydride and tetrahydrofuran, reacting for 4 hours at 45 ℃, using petroleum ether to precipitate and filter to obtain the carboxylated aniline trimer, (3) mixing the thiazole graft oxidation graphene the carboxylated aniline trimer, sodium hydroxide and deionized water, ultrasonic processing for 1 hour at room temperature to obtain the functional graphene slurry, and (4) mixing the functional graphene slurry, aqueous organic resin material, film-forming auxiliary agent and water to prepare the aqueous concrete protective coating composition.
