NOVELTY - Preparing thermoplastic glucomannan nano complex material comprises e.g. adding konjak derived glucomannan into alkaline solution, placing in a sealed container, stirring, introducing nitrogen gas, irradiation stirring, centrifuging, drying, adding e.g. inulin, sealing, reacting, adding e.g. ammonium persulfate, re-injecting carbon dioxide, precipitating, drying, eluting crude product with toluene, drying, adding thermoplastic konjac glucomannan to nano-sized graphene solution, stirring, filtering, freeze-drying, adding e.g. plasticizer, freeze-drying, melting, extruding and granulating. USE - The thermoplastic konjac glucomannan nanocomplex is useful in chemical engineering, medicine, environmental protection and machine building. ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic konjac glucomannan nanocomplex has high adsorption, thermal stability, mechanical toughness and comprehensive performance; is biodegradable, renewable and environmentally friendly; and has high performance in extrusion molding, blow molding, injection molding and foaming. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing thermoplastic glucomannan nano complex material comprises (a) adding 15-20 pts. wt. konjak derived glucomannan into 100-120 pts. wt. alkaline solution (10 wt.%), placing in a sealed container, stirring, introducing nitrogen gas to saturate the nitrogen in the solution, placing the sealed container in an electron accelerator for irradiation stirring for 1-3 hours, centrifuging and drying, to obtain pretreated konjac glucomannan, (b) adding the supercritical reaction device with 20-30 pts. wt. pretreated konjac glucomannan, 5-8 pts. wt. inulin, 20-25 pts. wt. methyl acrylate, 5-10 pts. wt. of styrene, 0.02-0.08 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, 100-150 pts. wt. water and 30-50 pts. wt. acetone, stirring uniformly, sealing the system, reacting for 1-3 hours under the condition that the carbon dioxide at 20-30 MPa at 50-65 degrees C, removinh the carbon dioxide pressure, adding 0.02 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, 5-10 pts. wt. vinyl acetate and 3-5 pts. wt. N-vinylimidazole, re-injecting carbon dioxide at 40-60 MPa, stirring for 1-3 hours, relieving pressure, precipitating with ethanol, vacuum drying at 70 degrees C, to obtain the reaction crude product, eluting the crude product with toluene by a Soxhlet extractor until the homopolymer produced by the reaction is removed, vacuum drying at 75 degrees C for 24 hours, to obtain thermoplastic konjac glucomannan, (c) adding 1 pts. wt. thermoplastic konjac glucomannan to 10-50 pts. vol. nano-sized graphene solution, stirring for 1-3 hours to mix uniformly, filtering and freeze-drying, to obtain dried mixture, (d) adding 10 pts. wt. dried mixture, 1-3 pts. wt. cross-linking agent and 1-3 pts. wt. plasticizer in a mixer, stirring for 1-2 hours and freeze-drying, to obtain blend, (e) placing the mixture into a double-screw extruder, melting at 100-140 degrees C for 5-15 minutes, extruding and granulating at 1-0.1 MPa.
