NOVELTY - Preparing phthalocyanine modified graphene composite extreme pressure antiwear agent comprises (i) dispersing 100 ml of 1 mg/ml graphene oxide, adding 6.66 ml hydrobromic acid, stirring for 12 hours at room temperature, then adding 2 g oxalic acid, reacting for 4 hours, washing with deionized water until neutral, then using 1 mg/ml dimethylformamide and ultrasonic dispersing for 24 hours to obtain carboxylated graphene oxide dispersion, and (ii) taking 20 ml of 1 mg/ml dimethylformamide homogeneous dispersion of carboxylated graphene oxide, 70 mg lanthanum tetraaminophthalocyanine, 0.0366 g 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and 0.0233 g 4-dimethylaminopyridine, heating to 90 degrees C under vacuum nitrogen protection, reacting for 48 hours, then adding 1 ml hydrazine hydrate, reacting for 24 hours, cooling and centrifuging to obtain black solid i.e. phthalocyanine-modified graphene composite extreme pressure antiwear agent and dispersing in the base oil. USE - The phthalocyanine modified graphene composite extreme pressure antiwear agent is useful in grease for production of domestic engineering machinery special grease. ADVANTAGE - The phthalocyanine modified graphene composite extreme pressure antiwear agent has low friction coefficient, and excellent extreme pressure and wear resistance properties; and the grease has high quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for grease containing phthalocyanine modified graphene composite extreme pressure antiwear agent, comprising 9-13.5 pts. wt. 12-Hydroxystearic acid, 3-4.5 pts. wt. sebacic acid, 2.6-3.9 pts. wt. lithium hydroxide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antioxidant additive, 1-3 pts. wt. phthalocyanine modified graphene composite extreme pressure antiwear agent, 1-3 pts. wt. metal deactivator, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. multi-functional agent, 50-68 pts. wt. base oil and 15-25 pts. wt. thickening agent calcium sulfonate.
