NOVELTY - The utility model claims a graphene-based biosensor chip, comprising a BK7 glass, and a detecting chamber set on the surface of the right-angle prism of the BK7 glass; the BK7 glass is provided with a graphene layer at the inner side of the detecting chamber; the graphene layer is provided with a magnetic biological probe; the surface of the BK7 glass opposite to the graphene layer is fixed with a magnetic adhesive patch; two sides of the BK7 glass are provided with an inclination detection port. The biological sensor chip based on graphene of the utility model adopts single-layer graphene and probe with magnetic particles, the surface area is greater than the plane structure, indirectly increasing the surface area of the optical sensing, greatly improving the sensing sensitivity; and using magnetic field to absorb the magnetic particles modified with aptamer DNA on the graphene; the processing technique is simple.
