▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing aerobic granular sludge forming system comprises (i) preparing nitrogen-doped iron/graphene oxide composite conductive material using iron source, nitrogen source and graphene oxide, and (ii) conveying nitrogen-doped iron/graphene oxide into sequencing batch reactor (SBR) containing sludge, controlling aeration intensity, surface air velocity, hydraulic load and hydraulic retention time, and building system containing aerobic granular sludge after culturing. In the step (i), the iron source of hydrothermal synthesis method is ferric chloride hexahydrate, and the nitrogen source is urea, the iron source of high-temperature synthesis method is ferric chloride hexahydrate, and the nitrogen source is ammonia or nitrogen. USE - The method is useful for preparing aerobic granular sludge forming system. ADVANTAGE - The method: has 0.4-1.5 mm particle size distribution of aerobic granular sludge, and 1.0078-1.0380 g/cm3 density; provides skeleton for formation of granular sludge by preparing nitrogen-doped iron-loaded/graphene oxide composite conductive material, which promotes sludge aggregation and inter-species electron transfer, and achieves purpose of accelerating formation of aerobic granular sludge.
