▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene manufacturing involves reacting graphite intercalation compound with hydrogen peroxide to separate graphene precursor, and then homogenizing the dispersion solution containing separated graphene precursor and dispersant at high speed to prepare a feed solution. The prepared feed solution is passed through an inlet, an outlet, and a high pressure homogenizer comprising a microchannel having a micrometer scale diameter connecting between the inlet and outlet. USE - Method for manufacturing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method manufactures the graphene in a simple and cost-effective manner with small area by delaminating the graphene precursor by reaction with a graphite intercalation compound and hydrogen peroxide. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the stripping method for graphene precursor.
