NOVELTY - The stripping method of graphene involves mixing graphite raw material, plastic material and solvent to prepare viscous paste graphite mixture, adding viscous paste graphite mixture to a stretching mechanism, stretching the material mechanism in a center shaft by continuous process, performing eccentric rotary motion of cam rotor in the rotating process, periodically compressing and stretching cavity space, continuously compressing and stretching graphite mixture, stripping graphite into graphene during the stretching process, and collecting graphene by a collecting mechanism. USE - Stripping method of graphene for preparing graphene rubber product. ADVANTAGE - The method enables stripping of graphene with high quality and wide raw material source, which is easy to store and transport, by simple, economical, environmentally-friendly and industrial process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The stripping method of graphene involves (1) mixing graphite raw material, plastic material and solvent according to weight ratio of 1:(5-10):(2-5), and uniformly stirring to prepare viscous paste graphite mixture, (2) adding viscous paste graphite mixture to a stretching mechanism, controlling the operating temperature at 50-80 degrees C and rate of 50-100 rpm, stretching the material mechanism in a center shaft by continuous process, performing eccentric rotary motion of cam rotor in the rotating process, periodically compressing and stretching cavity space, continuously compressing and stretching the viscous paste graphite mixture, stripping graphite into graphene during the stretching process, and collecting the graphene by a collecting mechanism. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene rubber product, which is prepared by uniformly distributing 0.005-0.02 wt.% graphene in thermoplastic rubber, and curing.
