NOVELTY - Fusion type modified polypropylene (MPP) power pipe comprises 80-100 pts. wt. MPP polypropylene resin, 2-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 8-10 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 5-7 pts. wt. flame retardant, 2-3 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-2 pts. wt. stabilizer, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. lubricant, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 8-10 pts. wt. glass fiber, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, where the modified graphene is graphene with enhanced carbon-carbon covalent bond. USE - Used as fusion type MPP polypropylene power pipe. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the tensile strength of the MPP polypropylene power pipe and welding point of the MPP polypropylene power pipe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing fusion-type MPP polypropylene power pipe comprising (A1) mixing MPP polypropylene resin, antioxidants and calcium carbonate, adding into a high-speed mixer, and mixing uniformly at a temperature of 115-125degrees Celsius, (A2) adding flame retardant, stabilizer, lubricant, dispersant and glass fiber, heating to 135degrees Celsius, stirring uniformly, adding octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and impact modifier, and heating to 140-145degrees Celsius during the stirring process, and (A3) adding plasticizer and modified graphene powder, stirring and transferring to the plunger extruder, setting the host temperature to 160-165degrees Celsius, where the mold temperature is 165-170degrees Celsius, and the die temperature is 170-175degrees Celsius, extruding and cooling.
