NOVELTY - Polyimide/reduced graphene oxide composite material comprises cross-linked polyimide and reduced graphene oxide dispersed in the cross-linked polyimide. The cross-linked polyimide is (I). USE - The polyimide/reduced graphene oxide composite material is useful as as a light-driven shape memory material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyimide/reduced graphene oxide composite material: utilizes reduced graphene oxide as a photothermal filler, which rapidly absorbs light energy, and releases heat to convert light energy into heat energy after being irradiated by near-infrared light, and ensures the released heat energy to make the polyimide matrix realize the shape memory effect, achieve the effect of light-driven deformation, and realize the remote control to activate the shape memory effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polyimide/reduced graphene oxide composite material comprises cross-linked polyimide and reduced graphene oxide dispersed in the cross-linked polyimide. The cross-linked polyimide is of formula (I). R = polyimide moieties of formula (I-1); and n = 9-11. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of polyimide/reduced graphene oxide composite material, comprises mixing 2,2'-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzidine, 4,4'-(4,4'-Isopropylidenediphenoxy)bis(phthalic anhydride), graphene oxide and organic solvent to carry out first polycondensation reaction to obtain the mixed solution of the first polycondensation product and graphene oxide, mixing the mixed solution of the first polycondensation product and graphene oxide with tris(3-aminophenyl)phosphine oxide to carry out the second polycondensation reaction to obtain mixed solution of triamine cross-linked polyamic acid and graphene oxide, thermally imidization the mixed solution of the triamine cross-linked polyamic acid and graphene oxide to obtain final product.
