▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Surface modified hexagonal boron nitride particles have a partially reduced graphene oxide adsorption layer on the surface of the untreated hexagonal boron nitride particle, where the amount of the partially reduced graphene oxide adsorption layer is 1.5 times or more the amount of the graphene oxide adsorption layer of the surface-modified hexagonal boron nitride particles having the graphene oxide adsorption layer. USE - The surface-modified hexagonal boron nitride particles are used for a thermally conductive resin composition. ADVANTAGE - The surface-modified hexagonal boron nitride particles have resin affinity with increased adsorption amount by partially reduced graphene oxide adsorption layer regardless of the manufacturing method, particle shape and size of hexagonal boron nitride particles, and excellent properties. The surface-modified hexagonal boron nitride particles are possible to provide a thermally conductive resin composition having more excellent mechanical strength and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing surface-modified hexagonal boron nitride particles, involving adding a reducing agent to the graphene oxide aqueous dispersion to prepare a partially reduced graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, mixing a powder of surface-untreated hexagonal boron nitride particles with the partially reduced graphene oxide aqueous dispersion until the supernatant is no longer colored, and recovering and drying the solid from the liquid.
