▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped carbon nanofibers/graphene aerogel involves preparing nano-cellulose fibers by chemical-mechanical method using natural fiber, mixing nano-cellulose with graphene oxide and amino compounds, hydrothermally reacting at 50-300 degrees C for 4-24 hours, obtaining composite hydrogel, freezing resultant with liquid nitrogen or ultra-low-temperature refrigerator, placing in vacuum-freeze dryer, drying for 24-48 hours, adding resultant to tube furnace and carbonizing at 500-800 degrees C for 1-3 hours under argon protective atmosphere. USE - Preparation of nitrogen-doped carbon nanofibers/graphene aerogel used as supercapacitor electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of nitrogen-doped carbon nanofibers/graphene aerogel having large specific surface area and excellent stability, electrochemical performance and electroconductivity. The capacitor provided using the electrode made of nitrogen-doped carbon nanofibers/graphene aerogel has excellent charging and discharging characteristics.
