▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Multilayered structure comprises: flexible substrate; layer comprising a metal ink; layer comprising a graphene ink; and layer comprising a dielectric ink. USE - The structure is useful as flexible electronic structure which is used for making a membrane touch switch (claimed), fabrication of sensors, biosensors and RFIDs on flexible substrates, such as polymers and papers. ADVANTAGE - The structure: achieve higher degree of compatibility with highly engineered polymeric substrates, thus offering a holistic solution for fabricating high-performance membrane touch switches; has superior robustness, environmental durability/ruggedness, mechanical flexibility and improved operational life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) metal ink comprising at least one polymeric binder, at least one solvent, at least one surfactant and conductive filler consisting of metal fillers, organo- silver compounds and/or graphene; (2) graphene ink comprising at least one polymeric binder, at least one solvent and graphene; (3) dielectric ink comprising at least one polymeric binder, at least one solvent, at least one UV curing agent and at least one filler; (4) making flexible electronic structure comprising applying a metal ink layer on a substrate and applying a graphene ink layer and/or dielectric ink layer; and (5) making a membrane touch switch, comprising applying the metal ink on a substrate in a desired pattern, applying the graphene ink over the metal ink and applying the dielectric ink over the graphene ink.
