NOVELTY - Nickel-chromium-boron-silicon nano-coating comprises 57-78 pts. wt. nickel, 13-20 pts. wt. chromium, 11 pts. wt. boron, 11 pts. wt. silicon, 1 pts. wt. tungsten carbide and 0.21-0.98 pts. wt. trace elements. The trace elements are carbon, molybdenum and iron added with graphene oxide. USE - Nickel-chromium-boron-silicon nano-coating. ADVANTAGE - The nickel-chromium-boron-silicon nano-coating is abrasion resistant, and has hardness of HRC43, uniform particle distribution, good tissue structure and good macroscopic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing nickel-chromium-boron-silicon nano-coating, which involves: (A) preparing nickel-silicon nano-ball by gas atomization; (B) mixing nano-ball with carbon, chromium, silicon, boron and iron to obtain nano powder; and (C) carrying out supersonic flame spraying process on the surface of iron-based parts to obtain product.
