NOVELTY - Method for preparing conductive enhanced functional rubber involves (i) preparing graphene oxide aqueous dispersion and intrinsic graphene suspension, (ii) carrying out ultrasonic and centrifugal treatment on the intrinsic graphene suspension liquid, and filtering the turbid liquid after centrifugation to obtain a graphene mud material, (iii) mixing the graphene mud material with a preset ratio with graphene oxide aqueous solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, centrifuging, and removing precipitates to obtain the intrinsic graphene/graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (iv) dripping the intrinsic graphene/graphene oxide dispersion liquid to a natural rubber emulsion containing a vulcanizing agent in a stirring state, continuously stirring, pouring the mixture into a mold, and drying in a drying oven to obtain the composite rubber sheet, and (v) carrying out hot-pressing treatment on the composite rubber sheet using vulcanizing machine. USE - The method is useful for promoting dispersion of intrinsic graphene in water. ADVANTAGE - The method improves dispersion of graphene in aqueous-based rubber emulsion, and produces conductive reinforced functional rubber with excellent conductivity.
