▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A flame-retardant functionalized graphene having structure (I), is new. USE - New flame-retardant functionalized graphene is used in manufacture of polymer matrix e.g. epoxy resin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant functionalized graphene has excellent thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A flame-retardant functionalized graphene having structure of formula (I), is new. A = group of formula (i) or (ii);and B' = -OH, or group of formula (i) or (ii). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of functionalized graphene (I), which involves dispersing graphene oxide in a solvent (s1), adding a bridging intermediate, stirring, filtering, washing, drying, dispersing resultant treated graphene and 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide in a solvent (s2), adding triethylamine and carbon tetrachloride, reacting, filtering, washing and drying, alternately dispersing graphene in a solvent, adding aminoethylpiperazine, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and 4-dimethylaminopyridine, stirring, filtering, washing, drying, dispersing resultant product, and 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide into a solvent adding triethylamine and carbon tetrachloride, reacting, filtering, washing and drying, alternately dispersing treated graphene into a solvent, adding long-chain amino siloxane, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and 4-dimethylaminopyridine, stirring, filtering, washing, drying, dispersing resultant product, and 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide into a solvent adding triethylamine and carbon tetrachloride, reacting, filtering, washing and drying. The mass ratio of graphene oxide and bridging intermediate is 0.01-2:1. The bridging intermediate is a long-chain amino siloxane or aminoethyl piperazine. The mass ratio of treated graphene, 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide and triethylamine is 0.1-2:1-30:8-30.
