NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength graphene/copper composite material involves preparing graphene oxide solution, sensitizing the graphene oxide solution, performing activation treatment on the graphene oxide solution, performing flake copper powder, uniformly adsorbing the graphene oxide on the surface of the flake copper powder through an electrostatic self-assembly process to prepare graphene oxide/copper composite powder, placing graphene oxide/copper composite powder in a plating solution for plating and drying to prepare a copper-plated graphene oxide/copper composite powder, reducing the graphene oxide in the copper-plated graphene oxide/copper composite powder to obtain a copper-plated graphene/copper composite powder, placing the copper-plated graphene/copper composite powder in a mold for pre-compression molding and sinter molding to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing high-strength graphene/copper composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare high-strength graphene/copper composite material realizes the uniform dispersion of graphene in the copper substrate, improves interface combination property of graphene and copper and mechanical property of the composite material.
