▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The bioelectrochemical sensing electrode has an electrode substrate (1), and an electrode (2) including a reaction portion (21) and a lead wire (22) composed of a porous conductive material. The reaction portion is used for immobilizing the biological material portionicipating in the bioelectrochemical reaction. The lead wire is used for outputting the electrical signal generated by the bioelectrochemical reaction. The electrode base is used for fixing the reaction portion and the lead wire. The porous conductive material has a porous skeleton structure. The biological material includes a biologically active substance capable of catalyzing a biochemical reaction or a probe having a biological recognition function. The biologically active substance includes an enzyme, an antibody, an antimicrobial peptide or an aptamer. USE - Bioelectrochemical sensing electrode for bioelectrochemical sensing device (claimed) for effectively detecting concentration of metabolites in humans. ADVANTAGE - The electrode uses a three-dimensional porous conductive material with good strength and good conductivity as the working electrode, and immobilizes the biological material on the surface. The electrical signal generated when the stereoenzyme electrode is in contact with the enzyme substrate can be fully collected, which increases the fixed area of the biological material for the electrochemical reaction, and the contact area between the biological liquid sample and the working electrode. The electrode can provide more adsorption points for biological enzymes, greatly improve the immobilization density of enzymes, and enable the biosensing electrodes to achieve higher detection sensitivity.
