▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene based composite lubricating material comprises 100 pts. wt. resin, 30-50 pts. wt. vulcanized rubber ultrafine powder, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 10-15 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. paraffin wax and 1-5 pts. wt. releasing agent. USE - Used as graphene based composite lubricating material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has wear resistance (claimed), good mechanical properties, good sealing ability, high load resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good high temperature performance; and is self-lubricating and simple. The method: is simple and easy to implement on large scale industrial production; and has easy operation and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene based composite lubricating material comprising (i) weighing the above mentioned raw materials, taking resin, vulcanized rubber ultrafine powder, graphene, silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide and releasing agent, introducing into ball mill, subjecting to high energy ball milling, adding paraffin and mixing well to obtain uniform mixture, where the mixing time is not less than 3 hours, (ii) taking the mixture obtained in the step (i), pouring into mold, placing in flat vulcanizing press, applying pressure of 25 MPa, incubating at temperature of 150 degrees C for 2 hours, heating at the rate of 5 degrees C/minutes to 200 degrees C, incubating for 2 hours, heating at the rate of 10 degrees C/minute to 250 degrees C, incubating for 3 hours and curing under nitrogen atmosphere and crosslinking, and (iii) cooling to room temperature and subjecting to vacuum releasing to obtain lubricating material.
