NOVELTY - Super-hydrophobic nano material comprises 0.5-5 pts. wt. organosilane, 5-15 pts. wt. inorganic nano material, 80-95 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, and 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. catalyst. USE - The super-hydrophobic nano-material is used in preparing super-hydrophobic foam concrete (claimed), which is useful in building energy saving, reducing building self weight and to obtain wide application. ADVANTAGE - The super-hydrophobic nano material provides foam concrete having excellent hydrophobic performance, and good weather resistance, after one year and more outdoor placing, each performance index does not decrease. The foam concrete has excellent water absorption rate of less than 4.8% and excellent super hydrophobicity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing superhydrophobic nanomaterial comprising: (1) adding the inorganic nano material into absolute ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing for 10-30 minutes, transferring into a three-mouth flask, magnetically stirring for 10-30 minutes at 30-80 °C constant temperature water bath condition, (2) adding the organic silane and catalyst, continuously reacting for 4 hours; after finishing reaction, aging at room temperature, centrifuging, washing, drying in the oven to obtain the surface hydrophobic modified nano material; uper-hydrophobic foam concrete, comprising foam concrete and super-hydrophobic nano material; the coating amount of the super-hydrophobic nano-material is 100-300 g/m; and3 preparation method of super-hydrophobic foam concrete comprising mixing and stirring the super-hydrophobic nano-material (20 pts. wt.), water (60 pts. wt.) and surfactant (20 pts. wt.) at 50℃ for 30-60 minutes to obtain the super-hydrophobic suspension; (2) coating the super-hydrophobic suspension on the surface of the foam concrete, allowing to stand and maintaining to obtain the super-hydrophobic foam concrete.
