▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high-efficiency catalytically active nano-negative infrared antibacterial composite material is prepared by adding 22-30 pts. wt. tourmaline, 8-15 pts. wt. biologically activated carbon, 6-13 pts. wt. graphene, 25-32 pts. wt. titanium dioxide and 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant to 100% water. USE - Composite material for children toy tents. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has bacterial inhibition rate of 95% against Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans and Escherichia coli and other pathogenic bacteria and solves the problem of children toy tent bacteria. The composite material has fine particle size, narrow distribution, humidity of 70%, average concentration of 4200/cm3 and infrared emissivity of 0.86 or more. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the composite material, which involves ball milling separately tourmaline powder, biologically activated carbon, graphene and titanium dioxide to obtain ball milled tourmaline having 1250 mesh powder, biological activated carbon having 1250 mesh powder, graphene having 1250 mesh powder and titanium dioxide having 1250 mesh powder, mixing 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant and 100 pts. wt. deionized water to obtain mixed solution, adding 22-30 pts. wt. ball milled tourmaline, 8-15 pts. wt. ball milled biological activated carbon, 6-13 pts. wt. ball milled graphene and 25-32 pts. wt. ball milled titanium dioxide to mixed solution to obtain mixture, grinding mixture using deionized water salt alcohol additive as dispersed phase and zirconia as grinding medium at 50 degrees C, and repeating grinding for 4-5 times. The ball milled products have hardness of 7.0-7.5 and 2.9-3.5 g/cm3; and (2) usage method of composite material, which involves mixing 70-90 pts. wt. of 45% pure acrylic emulsion and 10-30 pts. wt. composite material, adding 0.02-0.1 pt. wt. trimethylolpropane-tris(3-aziridine)propionate, thickener and aqueous ammonia, stirring at 60 rpm to obtain mixture, coating mixture on the cotton and chemical fiber fabric substrate, sizing to 30-80 g/m2, drying at 180-200 degrees C, cooling and calendering.
