▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Forming a composite comprises depositing a monolayer of graphene on a substrate, forming a first polymer layer on the monolayer by bringing a monomer into contact with the monolayer so that the monomer polymerizes on the surface of the monolayer, and removing the substrate from the monolayer, where the monolayer comprises many microscopic convex regions, which are fully supported by the conformal polymer layer. USE - The method is useful for forming a composite which is useful in the device (all claimed), to implement a flexible electric circuit, as a part of a capacitor, a battery and a FET, and to implement a biocompatible sensor electrode or an implant. ADVANTAGE - The method provides the composite in cost effective manner than the manufacturing costs of a layer of indium tin oxide, and is more environmentally friendly than the use of indium tin oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a composite comprising the monolayer of graphene and a conformal layer (the first polymer layer) of a polymer deposited on the monolayer; and (2) a device comprising the composite comprising the monolayer of graphene and the conformal layer of a polymer deposited on the monolayer, and at least one electrical contact element which are in galvanic contact with the monolayer.
