NOVELTY - Manufacture of electrode involves producing mixture containing particle groups (A), (B) and (C) and a solvent, applying the mixture on the current collector, heating the current collector and volatilizing the solvent. The particle group (A) has median diameter larger than the particle group (C). The particle group (B) is formed in the particle groups (B) and (C). The median diameter of the particle group (B) is a magnitude between a median diameter of the particle group (A) and a median diameter of the particle group (C). USE - Manufacture of electrode used in secondary battery for use in electrical device and vehicles (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to power storage device, semiconductor device, display device, light emitting device, illumination device, electro-optical device, smartphone, notebook computers, portable music players, digital cameras, medical devices, hybrid vehicles and electric vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The method economically produces electrode having reduced degradation and produces lightweight secondary battery having excellent cycle characteristics, reliability, capacity, charging/discharging characteristics, reliability and safety.
