NOVELTY - The device has a graphene heating body fixedly connected with adjacent layers of a radiating body. The graphene heating body is provided with a heat conducting shell that is fixedly connected with the radiating body. A graphene chip is fixedly connected with the heat conducting shell. A contact of the graphene chip is fixedly connected with a lead. The heat conducting shell is provided with two heat-conducting insulating plates that are fixedly connected with two sides of the graphene chip. A heat-conducting sealing layer is fixedly connected with a surface of the graphene chip. USE - Graphene heating chip based heat radiating device. ADVANTAGE - The device increases the radiating area, improves the heat conducting effect and the sealing effect, adds the ceramic glue with high temperature insulating paint of double-safety protective packaging mode, provides uniform graphene chip sides of the heat conducting, ensures the effective safety protection of the chip and improves the insulating performance.
