NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/artificial graphite composite heat conducting film comprises stacking graphene oxide film and polyimide film into a block, controlling the temperature of the film, applying a predetermined pressure in the direction vertical to the graphene oxide membrane and the direction of the polyimide in the protective atmosphere, reducing the graphene dioxide membrane into a reduced graphene oxide membranes by program temperature and program pressure, and carbonizing and graphitizing the polymer film into an artificial graphite membrane, and compounding and compacting the reduced graphene film and the artificial graphitic membrane to obtain a graphene/artificial graphite composite heat-conducting film. USE - The method for preparing graphene/artificial graphite composite heat conducting film is used field of heat conducting and radiating material. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of economic, efficient, fast preparing the heat conducting film with high density, smooth surface, and high plane thermal conductivity.
