NOVELTY - The utility model claims a graphene-based terahertz control over-surface, comprising: a first supersurface and a second supersurface; the first super-surface comprises a first electric control structure and multiple first micro-nano structures; the second super-surface comprises a second electric control structure and a plurality of second micro-nano structures; the first electric control structure comprises a first graphene layer, a first electrode and a second electrode; the first electrode, the second electrode are respectively located at two sides of the first graphene layer, for providing a first voltage to the first graphene layer; the second electric control structure comprises a second graphene layer, a third electrode and a fourth electrode; the third electrode, the fourth electrode is located at the two sides of the second graphene layer, for providing a second voltage to the second graphene layer. The application claims a voltage adjustable graphene characteristics at terahertz wave band, which is used for selecting switch of micro-nano structure in the super-surface, which can realize control of terahertz wave under different voltage control, for example, it can control the propagation direction of the terahertz wave, enhancing the regularity of the super-surface.
