USE - Steering wheel protecting layer. ADVANTAGE - The steering wheel protecting layer has good hand feeling without sliding and adhering, and strong anti-bending character, and effectively ensures traffic safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The steering wheel protecting layer comprises 1.2-1.6 pts. wt. tetramethyldisiloxane, 0.8-2 pts. wt. calcium acetylacetonate, 10-13 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-6 pts. wt. octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane, 170-180 pts. wt. polycaprolactone diol, 0.1-0.15 pts. wt. 95-98% sulfuric acid, 120-130 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 10-14 pts. wt. butyl acetate, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, 9-11 pts. wt. tributyl citrate, 10-12 pts. wt. montmorillonite powder, 4-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 1-2 pts. wt. allylthiourea, 2.5-3 pts. wt. trifluoropropyl methyl cyclotrisiloxane, and 20-30 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing steering wheel protecting layer, which involves: (A) mixing 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride and N,N-dimethylformamide with stirring to obtain lysate; (B) adding allylthiourea and calcium acetylacetonate in absolute ethanol with stirring at 60-70 degrees C for 3-5 minutes to form a mixture; (C) adding montmorillonite powder in the formed mixture under vacuum to get modified montmorillonite powder; (D) adding graphene oxide in deionized water under ultrasonic dispersion for 3-5 minutes to give modified graphene; (E) mixing modified montmorillonite powder, modified graphene mixed, and tetramethyldisiloxane with stirring for 1-2 hours under vacuum to give modified compound filler; (F) mixing octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane, tetramethyl disiloxane, 95-98% concentrated sulfuric acid, trifluoropropylmethyl cyclotrisiloxane with stirring at 30-40 degrees C for 20-30 minutes to obtain fluorine-containing polysiloxane; (G) mixing polycaprolactone diol, fluorine-containing silicone, butyl acetate, and toluene diisocyanate with stirring under vacuum to give modified graphene; and (H) drying the formed material at 60-70 degrees C for 20-30 minutes with stirring to give the steering wheel protecting layer.
