▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing soluble doped polyaniline graphene coated nano-nickel composite microwave absorbing material comprises firstly expanding oxidized flake graphite under action of microwave field to obtain expanded graphite, then intercalating expanded graphite using nickel(II) chloride, then sintering at high temperature to obtain metallic nickel intercalated graphene nano sheets, subjecting to in-situ polymerization using aniline, such that polyaniline is uniformly coated on metal nickel intercalated graphene nano sheet to obtain microwave absorbing material. USE - The method is useful for preparing soluble doped polyaniline graphene coated nano-nickel composite microwave absorbing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method stretches expanded graphite sheet, increases graphite layer spacing, weakens Vander Waals forces, makes process of intercalation and expansion of metallic nickel more easily, such that better dispersion of nickel metal in the graphite layer, improves chemical stability and structural stability; and the composite material has relatively high permeability, easy magnetization and demagnetization effect, soft magnetic properties excellent electromagnetic interference performance, and gets heat in the external magnetic field magnetization process, such that electromagnetic energy can be converted into heat loss.
