▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A carboxylated graphene oxide benzoxazine nanocomposite resin layer powder is in-situ intercalated by taking Hummers method natural crystalline flake graphite as raw material to obtain graphite oxide, chemical modifying with chloroacetic acid to obtain carboxylated graphene oxide, in-situ intercalation polymerizing through mixing 0.5-5% carboxylated graphene oxide and 95-99.5% benzoxazine polymer in mortar or high speed planetary ball mill at speed of 400 revolutions/minute (rpm) and 500 rpm for 3-5 hours and 1-2 hours, and continuously operating for 20 minutes. USE - Method for in-situ intercalating carboxylated graphene oxide benzoxazine nanocomposite resin layer powder used for copper clad laminate, laminate and aerospace (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses benzoxazine with excellent property, is simple and environment-friendly, has easy to obtain raw material, reduces benzoxazine curing temperature, and increases benzoxazine workability, glass transformation temperature and heat resistance.
